RETURNS

• Full price merchandise can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 30 days of the order date provided it is unused and in its original condition.

• Sale merchandise can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date provided it is unused and in its original condition.

• Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned at any time. 

• Prior to returning an item, please email us for a Return Authorization code and include that code with your return as well as a copy of your original invoice. 

 

SHIPPING

• A flat rate shipping charge of $10.00 will be applied to all orders placed within the United States. Reduced and complimentary shipping on orders of 2 bags or more. Items will be sent via priority mail and will arrive within 3-5 business days. 

• Shipping charges on returns will be paid by the customer.

• Exchanges will be made free of charge. Please email us for an exchange return shipping label.
